The Systems Division designs and manufactures special machines, presses, stamping lines, roll forming lines, up to fully automated cells, lines and assembly systems.

Lines for washing machine and dryer drums, tubs, front panels and cabinets, dishwasher tubs and cabinets, refrigerator and freezer doors, chassis and cabinets, oven doors, chassis and cavities, air-conditioners cabinets and chassis, electrical cabinets, as well as automotive sub-assemblies, house doors, shelves, and so on.

The sheet metal parts, which are of any material kind as carbon steel, galvanised, steel to be enamelled, aluminium, stainless, pre-painted, pre-coated sheet metal, are processed and assembled with other components made of steel or different materials as plastic, brass, aluminium.

The assembling techniques are various, including seaming, clinching, MIG, TIG, resistance and laser welding, riveting,  screwing and so on.  Automation and handling are provided according to the specific process, from simple conveyors and pick and place units up to state-of-the-art robotics.
